Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church and School

  • School hours for full days Grades 1-8 and Full day Kindergarten are 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Half day Kindergarten hours are 8:30 AM to 11:15 AM for the morning session & 12:15 to 3:00 PM for the afternoon session.
  • Dismissal on minimal days (half days) is at 12:00 Noon. These are infrequent.
  • Whenever there is a minimal day - there is NO KINDERGARTEN at all.
  • On All School Mass days (regularly every Friday), students are to arrive no later than 7:55 AM. Holy Day Masses are celebrated at 9:30 during the school day.
  • TUITION & FEES 2007-2008:
  • Fully Affiliated Parishioners of Nativity or other Catholic Parish:
    • 1-8 and full day Kindergarten: $4,176 ($348/mo)/ per student
    • Half day Kindergarten: $2,520 ($210/mo)/ per student
  • Non-affiliated Catholics:
    • 1-8 and full day Kindergarten: $5,184($432/mo)/ per student
    • Half day Kindergarten: $3,024 ($252/mo)/ per student
  • $100.00 non-refundable registration fee per family
  • $15.00 PTO dues / per family
  • $80.00 per sport / per student

ENROLLMENT POLICY:

  • Priority for admission to Nativity School is based on the following criteria:
    1. Siblings of current Nativity students
    2. Nativity parishioners who have been registered and active in
        the parish's stewardship program for at least six monthes
    3. Registered, active members of other Catholic parishes
    4. Non-affiliated Catholics
    5. Non-Catholics
  • Students enrolling in middle school must present their most recent report cards, standardized test scores, a recommendation from a teacher and/or principal, and be interviewed by our Principal before registration is finalized.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Accredited by North Central Accreditation Association
  • Parent involvement includes Parent Teacher Organization & Volunteerism
  • Uniforms are worn. (Grades 1-8)
  • Milk is available through a federally subsidized program.
  • Lunch is available most Tuesdays through Fridays.
  • Transportation: No bus - Carpooling is arranged by parents. Area daycares pick up & drop off.
  • No before and after school care.
