PASTORAL COUNCIL

This ministry is the functional structure of our local Catholic Community...our Parish. It serves as an advisory group that shares their ideas and concerns regarding parish community, pastoral planning, administrative services or other matters brought to their attention by the pastors or the parish community. Term Commitment: three (3) years.

FINANCE COMMITTTEE

The Parish Finance Council consists of five members appointed by the pastor. This council advises the pastor in preparing the yearly budget, maintaining the budget, and counsels on all investment and capital expenditures.

COLLECTION COUNTERS

This important ministry assists the parish by helping to count the weekend offertory collection. Helpful to have bookkeeping skills, but not necessary. Commitment: About 3-hours per scheduled Sunday, approximately once per year quarter.

STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE

A leadership group devoted to discovering and communicating Stewardship as a way of life. The members of this ministry are responsible for implementing the annual commitment of Time, Talent and Treasure, and with assisting parishioners with gift discernment and integration into new or existing ministries.
